Tuition:
Tuition is only available to people who meet the following criteria:
Aged 17 or over or aged 16 or over and in receipt of the higher rate of.
Disability Living Allowance (mobility component).
Hold a valid UK provisional driving licence; and legally entitled to drive in the UK.

Lessons:
You and your instructor are responsible for agreeing all matters relating to the timing, location and duration of individual lessons.
You must notify your instructor of any matters which affect your driving ability or entitlement to have driving tuition, for example, but not limited to, any lack, or loss, of a valid UK provisional driving licence, or any physical impairment to your driving such as drinking alcohol prior to a driving lesson or any medicine that could affect your driving.

Cancellation of lessons*
*If you wish to cancel a lesson a minimum of 48 hours prior notice should be given directly to your instructor, failing to provide clear 48 hours notice to your instructor, will result in losing the tuition money for that session. Because you denied potential booking and lost of income for the instructor.
*If your instructor cancels a lesson without giving this minimum period of notice your instructor shall rearrange the lesson. 

Driving Test:
Prior to booking your practical driving test, your instructor will carry out a maximum of 3 mock driving tests. If you fail all 3 mock tests then your  instructor holds the right to refuse you the use of their  tuition car for the practical test and will not be liable for any loss of money (such as loss of driving test fees) or any other loss. If you have failed your 1st attempt and prepare for 2nd attempt to practical test,at least 10hrs lesson required before attending to 2nd time. To cover the test there’s a flat rate of £120 in Tilbury test centre (maximum 2 hours).

Refund policy and warranty.
You are entitled to cancel your prepaid tuition at any time (for the provisions relating to the cancellation of individual lessons please see ‘Cancellation of lessons’ above). If you have not taken any lesson(s) at the time of cancellation you will be entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid to directly to PB Driving School, excluding any booking fees. 
Any refunds of incomplete block bookings you will be charged the standard rate of the lessons  and remaining balance will be refunded. No discount will  apply on part of block booking.

Special offers and discounts.
PB Driving School presents a great range of offers and discounts to new and existing learner. Price are showing based on RM17, Price may vary depending on other post code . PB Driving School reserves the right to introduce, amend and withdraw any special offers from time to time.

Introductory offers are only available to new learner pupils, cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and are not transferable.

Payments and lesson bookings.
You must pay for any tuition at least 48 hours before the start of the lesson by using one of the following methods:

Bank transfer
Cash

Timekeeping & Traffic delays.
Our instructors cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic.
Any lesson start time that is running late, the pupil will be contacted by the instructor in advance (phone signal providing)
*Where possible, our instructors will make up any lost time at the end of the current lesson or add to a future booking. Any loss of test fees and lesson fees due to pupil’s lateness are non-refundable by either PB  Driving School, or DVSA.

Code of Conduct.
PB Driving Schools has a zero tolerance policy towards any bad language, character attitude and conduct towards the instructor and his vehicle.
PB  driving school requires all pupils to present themselves in a professional manner, with respect to clothing, personal hygiene and appearance. PB driving school reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
